You are half right, wither storms can be killed, by simply going inside of it and breaking the command block from the inside. Which can only happen in phase 6. But also Godzilla cannot kill the wither storm, he is simply too weak

In reality the wither storm's limit is the Three parts with 3 heads on each with a huge big brain which i call “Evolution stage 7” but in expectations the wither storm can be merely be the sized of the whole entire planet if it had given 100000 hours to begin with and lets be honest THE THING COULD LITTLERLY SPLIT IN TO MORE PROBABLY 6 MORE
