@@davidvanhorn3340 I think it's one of those roars they reused for every kaiju under the sun. Actually, I looked up the roar and one comment said that Red King's roar was Gaira's mixed with Godzilla's, so we would both be right.
@@LeftysPlushStudios You should, it's really good. There is a streaming service called Tubi that offers a great library of Ultraman shows for free (with a few adds). You can look up their website on the computer.
I love how scar king sounds like red king, since one of the script writers of ultraman imagined red king as a red ape. I know it’s suppose to be gaira, but it sounds like red king, so it counts for me :)

If toho made this a movie... It would've Been made in 1977, the 2 year hiatus for Godzillas Revenge and Godzilla vs Hedorah... It would've been a long awaited sequel to King Kong vs Godzilla. Like Toho always did back then the would of just repainted a old suit and gave it new body parts and updated the sounds and it was a new monster Shimo from Anguirus and Skar King from the 1962 King Kong suit. Baby Suko was baby Gaira.
my favorite godzilla variation roar is during the opening and my favorite kong roar is 0:38. kong's roar was shared with many of toho and tsuburaya kaiju.
I love the fact that Skar King gives off Gaira's Roar from The War of the Gargantuas and One-Eye with Frankenstein Roars in Frankenstein vs Baragon aka Frankenstein Conquers The World

Fun fact: Anguirus was originally going to be a golden freezing guardian in the original draft of GMK. So using anguirus roars for shimo actually makes sense
