Thank you for sharing, I've been so curious about the brand and I'm about to take the plunge. My biggest concern is returns since I'm not sure what the sizing and fit will be like. I know customers need to pay for the return shipping but it's unclear where to which can make a difference for the cost. A lot of UK customers have had to ship their returns back to US. Do you know anything about returns from Australia? Otherwise, are you happy with the quality and did you find the Aussie size equivalent were good sizes? Thanks again!
Hello!! Hmm I too was concerned about the sizing and returns etc. But so lucky everything fits for me! I took my regular size and worked out for me! I believe my packages came from China! So not sure if returns is to the same location. Okay so I've logged in and found this info about returns www.goelia1995.com/pages/return-and-refund-policy - there's a section on return addresses. For me if I was to return its locally so wouldn't cost me alot but if you're from UK then probably would be return to US? There's a chat function on the website so I'm sure you can ask 😊 I think some of the bottoms have a stretchy waist band! At least the ones I've bought do! Can't wait to see what you pick! In terms of quality, I think it's great! Really classic tailoring for the awesome price! I will most likely get more as it's very suitable as work attire and petite friendly!
