Yes , you are absolutely correct, If you notice there is a slight variation in the difficulty level, as some sentences are suitable for A1-A2 and others are suitable for A2 early B1 level learner. As it is difficult to set 1 level for all speakers. But in general most of the sentences should be suitable for those who finished the A2 level and are preparing to take on their test.
