For me, I use God Punisher on Gogeta for my Level 3, and Soul Punisher for my Level 1. While I do like Soul Punisher and it comes out fast, it feels like you'll waste more D-Change using it, and it doesn't do much to the Knockback Gauge of a Raider. God Punisher, I've really been enjoying. I haven't had any issues trying to land it, and it can do a lot to the Knockback Gauge. Even defeated Raiders with it while being Level 4! While some people may not like it, it all comes down to how you use it. I use it in a lot of different ways. Either to force the Raider into moving, while my allies are fighting, or just to break the Raider's gauge. I still manage to stay locked on, as long as I activate it before the Raider dodges.
