Y’all I get why you think Gogeta unlocks ssjb evolved, because of the way the eyes look mainly, but it’s not eveolved at all. If you notice his hair and eyes don’t change into a darker blue, it stays the same blue as normal ssjb, this form of Gogeta’s is more like a combo of ssjb and ultra instinct, hints the white-ish parts of the aura. (And also the real reason why the eyes change)
to settle all questions: The evil dragon is from gt and is called syn shenron, he is very powerful and was able to shit smack his goku and vegeta back in gt before they fused to stop him and he didn´t even have the majin boost also when hearts said that syn is a god of destruction he didn´t mean one like beerus, it´s just that those who wear the majin symbol are often called like that , for example, when babidi gave vegeta the majin power boost most sources call him majin vegeta however he is also sometimes referred to as prince of destruction vegeta. thoughtmost fans somehow still can´t get that right, gogeta was using ssb evolution, vegetas blue form from the T.O.P saga and not "SSB plus UI" or something like that, how can i of all people say for sure ? well because unlike most of you i actually look at the source material. another thing you may have not noticed, when the crimson masked saiyan powered up again, he reached yet another form above his ss3 rose, it is called super saiyan rose full power

I'm not sure if you guys noticed but Gogeta looks kind of bigger size wise in his super saiyan blue form. Kind of similar to Vegeta's blue evolution form but its kind of hard to tell at first. And Black looks so cool as a full powered super saiyan rose too! The dude you saw at 3:24 is Omega Shenron, the final villain in Dragon Ball GT. I'm still not quite sure how he got the Majin logo on him but he was kind of a badass. He might had been one of the better villains in GT in all honesty. This was one of my favorite episodes at this point! So much shit was going on LOL.

The evil dragon that came out wasnt a God of Destruction . Its Omega Shenron from Dragon Ball GT . They kinda needed to go SSJ4 Gogeta in GT to beat him
the evil dragon he is the last villain of GT and one of the most powerful in the franchise. dragon ball GT in general is OK, but it has its moments and nice transformations. and the last villain was kinda cool. dragon ball GT wasnt written by akira toriyama so its not canon.

That's just regular ssbe, it just looks different in the anime because the team behind sdbh are cashgrabbing asf I mean the existence of this promo anime is proof of that, anyways in the arcade game gogetas blue evolution looks normal also your argument doesn't hold up well because vegeta doesn't have ss3, yet when they showed fusions like ss3 vegito(which did include a version of vegeta who couldn't go ss3) he didn't look different either, or look at gotenks he can go ss3 while goten and trunks can't even go ss2
We didn't need the episode to figure that out, I mean the broly showed us that base gogeta was already above ssb goku and vegeta and and their ultra forms are just one step above that meanwhile gogeta still has all of gokus and vegetas forms to use
