thank you for the creatormix link...so helpful. I appreciate your straightforward no nonsense approach to teaching. I'll be back because the questions keep coming.
Hi Ray, good videos. I wish I saw your videos before I signed up. If I cancel my trial I am currently on , can I re-sign up for GHL with "your" affiliate link or will I beholden to the original affiliate link that I initially used?
Just started using GHL few days ago. If seems that they have already consolidated (old) membership domain settings and Client Portal domain settings into one place. Maybe you can do URL redirect from old membership page to a new client portal....
Can you customize the client portal page? It looks like the default dashboard page is just a list of available courses ("all courses/my courses")... but can you add more content to that dashboard page, similar to building any other page, with the block editor? Can you add text and use custom values to personalize the client dashboard? Thanks for the video!
Hi Ray I struggled with that little star as well, I created a blank 1:1 png image with no background and uploaded it in the logo section. It then shows up blank.
Thanks Ray, Assuming this can be done under Agency Unlimited (not the SaaS version?). If I have clients in their respective sub-accounts using services etc and I have a training course, do they have access to their tools and the course from the one dashboard/admin area or do they have to log in to the client portal separately and if so; is the username/pw the same across GHL?
Thanks for your comment. The client portal is located within one subaccount, most likely a subaccount for your business. The client portal has a URL for accessing it, which you setup. Your clients will have to signup for the course and be granted access to the offer in the subaccount where the course has been created. Once they sign up for the course a contact record is created in your subaccount so they can be granted access to that offer. GHL will send the client an email with their username and pwd to access the course so they will not be default have the same username and pwd as their subaccount but the client portal allows them to change their pwd. If you were looking to create an onboarding course for a client you could use a snapshot to deploy that course and offer to the clients subaccount and then have them access it from their own subaccount. I hope this helps. Thank you for subscribing.
@@HLGuy Thanks for that. I hope there is another way, as I am always adding client resources. I want to avoid replicating and updating 50 sub-accounts each time I need to change or add something new. I wonder if I use the Magic Link option and have that as a link in each sub-account. Else I can always suggest it's added since having courses, training and onboarding for clients is not a new thing and having them sign up for services too. But deploying it separately each time won't be efficient. But I am still going to dive in and have a go.
@@MerlinFXOnlineWizard understood. Then just create the course in your business subaccount and allow your clients to have access to it using the magic link. I wish you the best.
Yes you are correct. The portal is public access whomever knows the url. The membership/course area you have to be given permission to access or use the learning tab in the portal. I justr released an update for this if you want to check it out on my channel. Thanks for watching.
Hey i am facing an issue with my access email. Like i am using membership custom domain earlier. Now i setup my client portal but it still trigger that membership custom domain. What do i needs to do now ?
