Gohtong Jaya is a great place to start for good food before doing many exciting things in the highlands.
Gohtong Jaya is a satellite town of Genting Highlands. It is on a plateau 5 km before the resort on the peak of Genting Highlands.
People love to eat in the town of Gohtong Jaya.
Prices for food are lower at the bottom of the hill than at the top, where the casinos and indoor and outdoor theme parks are.
The Strawberry Farm, the Mini Cameron Highlands Garden, and the Lim Goh Tong Memorial Hall are all places that people come to see.
Most buses will stop here, so get off and look around before heading up to the mountain resorts.

makanan paling enak di GohTong Jaya yg pernah saya makan itu Bak Kut Teh & Mie Udang .. Mie udang harganya agak mahal tapi porsinya bisa makan untuk 2 orang .. terakhir awal bulan November 2022 saya pernah cobain makan mie udang .. tapi bukanya mulai jam berapa saya kurang tau , waktu itu saya mampir makan bareng sopir taksi saya sudah jam 23.40 malam

Sorry for the delay in my reply. There are few good Chinese restaurants there, such as Loong Kee, Tak Kee & Sin Kee Restaurant. Good places to explore. ;)

Hi, so must go and take cable car down. So do need to take taxi to go there or just walking distance near by?

Depends on which cable car that you traveling with. Genting Skyway will stop at Goh Tong Jaya station. If you are using Awana Skyway, it will stop at Genting Premium Outlets (GPO), hence you will need to take a cab to Goh Tong Jaya. Hope this helps. ;)

@@TheLemonTours Sorry, are you sure possible to walk to this place ? i checked from google street view, no pedestrian walk from Awana sky station or awana factory outlet to this place ? if possible to walk, do you know roughly how long it takes to walk from Awana factory outlet to this place ? is it safe to walk ? sorry if too many Qs :)
