Wow, what a beautiful layout, and nostalgic with ”old school Vicky” using the big brush markers. I’ve held on to mine for many years. Great that they are coming back. Wow I agree! Although I did find the question about why do you do something and then cover it up very helpful. Because I'm finding that's part of the process. we don't know what will be covered up in the end. I am hoping that person was just curious and not being rude. I love your work I always have! I actually like longer videos, especially from my favorite paper crafters! They allow you to show more of your process and to give us more tips and tricks. This is a lovely art journal entry, it has a lot of pop and looks so beautiful!

I love the longer videos and the fact you are doing what YOU love! People can substitute supplies so use those big brush markers! I enjoy your double page journals and wish you did more of these again. Your work is so magnificent and inspiring! Love everything you do!

sometimes it is discouraging to post the long videos... youtube lately doesn't recommend them in favor of the short ones and lots of work seems like it goes to waste while the 1 min ones get thousands of views with no effrot. It is sad really how the attention span of the vast majority is getting shorter

Hi, Vicky! AMAZING 2 page art journal spread!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! And… YAY for going back to the big brush markers! I hadn’t realized they were discontinued but the remake does sound even better having a choice of nibs in the same marker. I haven’t used mine for a while although I always enjoyed using them so I’m encouraged to also go back to the style of art journal pages that you are famous for and that we all originally fell in love with. It was also refreshing to see you use Archival ink… and… to use the Stamperia Allegro paints that coordinate with the collection (hint - I’d really enjoy seeing you do that more with your own collections). Back to your amazing layout… I love the border, the clusters, that loving Festive alphabet die set, and the colors are fabulous!!! One of my new favorites for sure. Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration! Have a wonderful week! 🙂 PS… so sorry I haven’t gotten back to you about the Brother ScanNCut - I got sidetracked over the weekend but made myself a reminder note to check it out and let you know the results. 🙂

O Vicki, this video reminded me of past years when I first began watching you. I fell in love with your techniques and you gave me the incentive to art journal. I can't thank you enough. Thank you for the information on big Brush Markers. I love your ephemera and I am realizing these products are a money saver for we crafters. Much less expensive then dies and stamps and ephemera allow us to have a great variety. Thank you for your sharing your experience and wisdom. God bless. And to RU-vid I love long videos. Well done.
