In this guided meditation we use some affirmations which focus on banishing anxiety and negative thinking in relation to our self-belief. The dualistic illusion of success and failure often leads to misunderstanding the deeper aspect of spiritual awakening. This harbours self-limiting opinions which unconsciously manifest if we begin to complain and identify with those voices. Strengthen and protect your subconscious from this. Take comfort in your own abilities and never be skeptical of what you're capable of.

This has my favorite affirmations I have heard in a long time. It has all the great ones and even the ones about spirituality that I hadn't considered to be affirmations for myself.

I enjoyed this to the MAX!! Certainly a saver for repetitive use. I think a mediation from Astral Doorway is needed per week... it's the best kind of learning one can involve themselves in. 💜

Love the guided meditation man, I definitely feel a lot lighter and more positive and hopeful after this, and.. less serious, I guess? It's a good feeling. I listened to a couple of your other meditations, and they're good stuff. Keep up with it if you want, we definitely appreciate it, along with the other videos. AP is such a mysterious and fun thing, and it feels so freeing and magical. One of my best early experiences was achieving it by keeping my mind awake by replaying a song in my head, and as the vibrations started and I was separating, the song started playing on its own, outside of my head, and it sounded so beautiful and otherworldly. After getting out of the house, I had a series of fun, interesting events, flying through my city and to the border of the ocean (where things got a bit weird). Thanks for the work, it's definitely reinvigorating the interest I have in this subject.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the meditation. I'll definitely be doing more, it will be part of regular playlist. Practice is primary after all Your experience soundeed great! I can just imagine how fun and freeing it must have felt

Will have to give this a try another time. I’m grieving the loss of my mother. Nothing seems to help. Thanks for putting this out there, though.

I know this is slightly off topic, but how much detail should you give in a dream journal? I’m most of the way into your book and was just curious

Usually give as much detail as possible, however if you feel your dream recall has become very strong (perhaps remembering 3-5 long dreams every night) then you don't always need to be so detailed. What's important is that you note down all the major parts that would help you in recalling it vividly any time you came back to the journal. I hope you're enjoying the book!

You can use both, as well as other practices too, you can spread them out throughout your days. It's best to use your own intuition with whichever you enjoy the most, and which you feel you would benefit from the most too. Practice and experiment and get to know them directly through experience.
