10:13 I don't think those are chips. The 2 "squares" are a mattress and what Pony called "chips" are supposed to be a body. In the skull's left glass (our right) look at the mass pony said was a chip. The round part is the waist up and then to the right are the legs ending with bare feet. Clearly the artist didn't pull it off as they were described as poorly done chips but kinda makes ya wonder what the reference material was...
Left a comment saying this but i think the "bifocals" (which typically go all the way across the lens) are actually a mattress with a body laying on it.
So, in traditional you shouldn’t really use different needles for lining if you wanna keep it traditional… same line all the way around, cause in the old times needles were a very valuable tools, they couldn’t be too fancy about it lol That s why in real traditional you normally see only 1 line weight 😊
