Congrats Matt! This is so awesome, nice work. I grew up playing a majority of my baseball in industrial centers just like this and always really loved it. It was probably the mix between the warehouse /hockey rink vibe and baseball… special memories for sure. May all of your guys/gals have fond memories of this new AB place for years and years! (ps: love the sweater, those sleeves are ballin)

Like to see your progress here! Maybe later on, it would be nice to see how you manage the use of your facility among team schedules, lesson schedules, open hours for individual use. Also how you plan to financially align your costs to player/team/lesson dues etc - if your willing to share. Thanks Matt!

The people you presented to may have reviewed your materials in advance and saw that there were very few good faith objections. Otherwise, the fact that you breezed through is an indication that the board is mostly useless if they rubber stamp most everything anyway.
