Ouroboros is OP...especially if you have a few hours to kill. The Ouroboros crosses into the quad-digits at 03:59 Inscryption is available on Steam: store.steampow...
Spoiler if you are still at this stage of th game without the break They carry over acts btw so in act 2 you can just break the game with the dummy in the wizard tower as it can be re fought to get a more powerful one for po3
@@crppledizzle9374 Ring Worm sucks as a card but he's really good if you feed him to the people near the fire because then you can upgrade a card four times in the next fireplace which is pretty op
interestingly, I don't think the moon has air block, so you could win without ever damaging the moon, if you so desired. Also, there's special dialogue for "stink"ing the moon, making it unable to do damage.
@@kliveran i accidentally forgot a bad death card was on play on the far left first slot with "the touch of death" sigil, it was an odd sight to say the least in my final run attempt I thought they would've made it impossible to use it lmao
@@vengeful_pluto5586 i mean kinda makes sense. You can already 1-shot all battles (and 2-shot the bosses), that's already OP. Then getting thousands of teeth early game? hoo boy, that's gonna be a doozy.
@@sir_cabbage1170 HOWEVER, you still get the cash - it appears the exact amount on the pause screen - you can still buy from the trader even if no physical teeth are there
Leshy: _rips the ouroboros card out of your hand and flips the table_ "That's it, you're done. Get the fuck out of my cabin and take that shit over to the _Munchkin_ lands."
I used the grave digger card(the one that makes cards die multiple times) in act 2 to get my ouroboros to 667 and must have gotten over 500 ouroboros' in my hand
@@Dancin_Time Or you can sacrifice the card for a death card that gains permanent stat boosts for 1 cost and the Mantis//God 2x/3x attack & Death Adder Poison effect
I didn't realize the game even accounted for the possibility of having that many bone tokens at once. They're taking up half the screen. Impressive video though, kudos.
Actually, there's a hard limit on how many teeth you can gain in any battle. Even if you deal over a thousand damage, teeth are maxed out at like 20. Very anticlimactic.
You can do it easier on act 2 while fighting Grimora. Just beat her first phase with Ouroboros on your board. She will give you a zombify Ouroboros with zero cost which alone can be play and hammered infinitely.
@@quertiywop5856 But it will also have the sigil of Ouroboros. Plus, killing the zombified Ouroboros increase the other Ouroboros's attack and health as well.
My second death in the game is because I flooded my inventory with gold pelts not realizing it would add to my deck as a card. Got to the trapper, purchased a ton of them then got almost nothing but them in my hand for the next encounter with flying creatures
First time watching, and yes I did enjoy. Thank you for the good content. Look forward to seeing you exploring the rest of the real game after you've figured out how to really win.
Honestly you don't need an oroboros that high most of the enemy cards barely get past 10 attack or defence. I bomb rushed the game after dieing 3 times and getting oroboros and a squirrel totem with 3 blood on it with the infinite symbol . i just sacrificed my squirrel and oro 15 times and it was smooth sailing.
You made this harder on yourself than you had to. You could've just sacrificed a cat to give another card the infinite sacrifice sigil (because both cards that have it naturally have a limit) and used the amalgam (or any other two cost card with undying sigil) and just swapped ouroboros and that two cost card out back and forth. It'd save you a couple clicks in each cycle, making this process considerably faster.
How about attacking in any other battle? You get teeth equal to the amount of extra damage you deal, so I want to see what happens when you get that much.
Personally, I would have gotten this as quickly into the game, even without the boon, because JUST IMAGINE the amount of golden pelts you could get with this.
Out of curiosity, if you do this before getting to the final boss, if the bone tokens take so long to be removed will the game let you spend them next battle??
i did this, but I had ant spawner on my Ouroboros, and I had a inf sacrifice on the board, so I would use the ant made by Ouroboros to sacrifice Ouroboros, then use the ant and inf sacrifice to play Ouroboros
I used the Ouroburos to destroy the Ouroburos to destroy the Ouroburos to destroy the Ouroburos to destroy the Ouroburos to destroy the Ouroburos to destroy the Ouroburos-
"Look, i know, that, technically, _i_ made the card, but, could you _not_ do tha-" "sorry, can't hear you over my 1000+ damage." "Please, i'm begging you, stop-" "No." "..." "you are ambushed by 8 Grizly Bears with infinite strength and health that block flying attacks and are immune to instant death attacks."
What's the point of Grimora's cards, Magnificus's cards or PO3's cards when Leshy created the Ouroboros? You can't kill it, it will definitely kill you, and even if you get lucky and get it off the board it's coming right back even stronger
Black Goat with Unkillable (mainly through sacrificing a Cockroach) is much faster and easily automated. All you have to do is get the Goat on the board, sacrifice it for the Ouroboros. Afterwards, you just loop between sacrificing for the Goat and the Ouroboros - I've got a crude automation which alternates between clicking, pushing the Down key, and clicking in the same spot. Also, I recommend Unkillable on anything with Loose Tail, mainly the Skink, as the tail gets the sigils and boosts that the user has and the Loose part has no cost to play - you can use that for infinite sacrificing or a poor man's Fecundity but without the usual cost.
U could block with ur deathless squirrel which would come back, shy of flyers. Amalgam works too but just a heads up for any deathless squirrel players.
Funny, but I set this ouroboros stack last night without the totem and in the middle of my run. Get a beehive and a cockroach, put the cockroach ability on the beehive. Get a totem with the lizard tail thing for insects. Beehive now dodges out of the way when attacked, but leaves behind a leg that has the same defense and still has the cockroach ability. The leg can also be sacrificed which sends it back to your hand where you can cast it for free over and over again. This sounds complicated, but in all honesty it boiled down to if I have the beehive in my hand I just won period. I could do anything I wanted. Summon infinite bees. Sac my beehive and just play it again for free just to get another free leg. Do this 4 times if I really care to summon anything I want for free. I wouldnt need to draw squirrels cause the beehive always gave me some thing to sac for a summon.
The story’s pathing went to garbage unfortunately. It would’ve been much better for it to stick to the original ‘kidnapper living in the cabin turning victims into stronger player cards’ than work towards the mess of the plot later… or a broken card game of Cheater vs Cheater
If i get Ouroboros and it's like 3 Power / 3 Health from the dying loop, and then i die and lose my cards, if i find the Ouroboros again will it remain 3 / 3?
Wtf that many bones? No way, you seem like a hacker but what'd be the point? And Ouro that strong, possible (i think) but extremely time consuming and kinda pointless.
