NEW. Two stars from Grange Hill, John Alford (Robbie) and Ruth Carraway (Helen) were studio guests on the first series of Going Live! back in 1987, here they are in profile and conversation with Phillip in warm-up for the press conference. Anyone spot the error in the first profile caption? Grange Hill started in 1978 so this would be 9 years not 12 as stated (unless I'm missing something!)
Also, a few years earlier, John Alford starred in the music video for the famous 'Just Say No' drugs campaign, ironically, in 1999 he was charged with supplying drugs to a journalist then also jailed for drunk driving.. I think he needs to be sent to Mr Bronson's office BOY!
