Today I attended a BMW RR only track day event at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway and got to see the all new M1000R for the very first time 😱 I also got to drift around the track with the BMW Driving Performance professionals (which I must say was an absolute must if you ever have the opportunity!)

Looks like fun. When you get your track suit you should go to a California SUperbike class (1 day). I did and it was fun and learned a lot. Also, if you go to the RR fest again you should talk to CA Superbike and see if they have any woman's suits to try on to see if any fit (they rent suits I believe at their classes). In addition, if you haven't, contact Sportbike Track Gear as they specialize in track gear and may have more options for you than other retail outlets. One last idea is to see if they allow 2 piece track outfits; some do. This way you get a track spec jacket for your upper and a different pants. Alpinestars has lots of options and you could also get a Tech Air 5 that would be easy to use with the jacket.

Yes, I’ve wanted to do the California super bike school for a while now! I’ve heard you learn a lot. That’s a great idea about contacting sportbike track gear, and getting a two-piece track outfit. I’ve been looking into those two pieces but I haven’t made a decision yet. Thanks for watching as always!
