Buy sundries tomatoes from grocery shop, they come preserved in a jar with oil in it. Like achar- you can use any other oil instead and use 1/8 tsp tomato paste to infuse your normal oil

Awareness post for ramen lovers! I recently purchased these Samyang noodles and came to realise when I got back home and closely inspected the product that they’re not halal. Firstly, it does not contain the Halal stamp. The Samyang company specifies that all those noodles that contain the halal stamp are the ones that are halal otherwise the ones that do not are NOT halal. I should’ve checked that at the supermarket but I’m glad I checked before cooking them to consume. Secondly, the ingredients clearly specify that this contain pork bone broth & pork in general (translated from Korean via Translate) So kindly before purchasing any new variety of Korean/imported ramen from any store, please carefully inspect the product especially if all the details are written in a foreign language. And also don’t forget to check the halal stamps before purchasing or consuming. PS: I brought this issue up with the supermarket from where I purchased, they refunded me and took prompt action and removed this product and all other stock from their shelves. This post is just to spread awareness among ramen enthusiasts. #Copied from other group
