- Hello Namaste , My name is Bhumi . I am from bhojpur, pangkhang village, Nepal . I am a farmer & i have a farm house on the top of pangkhang village very close to the jungle . I have a wife , her name is Sarmila & we have two children, a daughter , name - Anuma & a son, name - Sanuwa . our children live in bhojpur bazaar ( it is far from our village ) for their school . In Nepal, the noodles are pre cooked, and can be eaten in two ways. We can add the spices and break the noodles and eat it directly or we can boil them in water.
