I'm pleased for this young person, but it is also a sad statement the opportunities for higher education are being limited so much that the only viable way to pay for the college experience for many is making an obligation to the military. Serving in the military is not for everyone. If you're cutout for it, that's great, and hopefully you get the opportunities to contribute to defending the U.S. Constitution.
That’s why you academically do well in school. Good GPA and volunteering in extra curriculum during HS mean good scholarships duh. SATS only if you wanna go to a good school and it requires it.
