Felista and her sisters have been treating us to quite a fashion show. They always look effortlessly elegant with their great posture and well put together outfits. The families' industriousness will surely pay off in the long term. I'm happily learning so much about both Tanzanian and Chinese culture.

Suggest to show the locals a variety of way to use the tofu , some with demonstrations and free samples to attract a crowd . In my country , we fried them and mix into fried dry noodles, we braised it in meat stews or herbal soup, fried in fermented prawn paste chili paste as a meal, stir fry in vegetables , tofu patties with meat, steamed vegetarian tofu bun, steam tofu with silken egg dish, and others. My favorite is soft tofu bean curd dessert either with palm sugar syrup / white sugar syrup / sweet ginger syrup. Tofu can be fermented ( Tempeh), totally awesome. Suggest also to dip fried tofu with sweet chili sauce .

豆浆也可以卖，最好要有软的透明的塑料瓶，简单包装，中国有这种简易的包装设备，就是压一下盖子就粘上去了，盖子就是一层薄薄的的膜，吸管可以插入，老李如果有回来，让他带一个过来。
