Yeah its an amazing park. I'm waiting just like everyone else right now for the opening day of 2017, which is delayed and likely not opening until July.
June might be impossible to get through the road, the snow levels are very high right now. I couldn't get in to my normal camping spots and it's late April. Still in mind go to Two Medicine and other areas of the park. There is really good waterfall season and plenty to do even when the high country is buried in snow.
You can refund the tour after you arrive if the road isn't fully open. A lot should be open by then, I'm at the park now and the weather is warming quickly.
