I find Toji's death speech really interesting. He was shunned by his clan and jujutsu society for having 0 cursed energy. Then there's Satoru Gojo, born into one of the big 3 clans, with the Gojo clan's unique six eyes ability and hereditary limitless technique. He was praised and spoilt from the moment he was born, put on a pedestal by those around him. And now he was newly awakened as the pinnacle of jujutsu. To Toji, Gojo represented everything he wasn't. Everything he was dehumanised for not being. He wanted to take him down, to prove to himself he's good enough. So despite leaving the Zenin clan, telling himself he didn't care what they thought, in the end his craving for that validation was what killed him.

Geto was there for Gojo when Gojo was heading towards darkness and on the path to becoming a villain, but when it was Geto's turn, there was no one for him and that's why they both ended up at different sides

Toji actually died standing lol he was a badass

Kinda crazy how Geto talked Gojo out of going down a bad path knowing where he ends up in the present

About the grades' difference, Geto wasn't talking about him and Toji. Geto meant that if there is a 2 grade difference between him and the cursed spirit he tries to absorb, he'll absorb it without any conditions. Toji's worm was obviously several grades weaker than Geto. So he tried to absorb the spirit and take away Toji's tools. Unfortunately, this didn't work out since the worm had a master-servant relationship with Toji. This means that the spirit cannot be absorbed until Toji, its master, is killed. Btw, this is the reason why in in the JJK0 movie Geto tried to kill Yuta first to absorb Rika.

Toji was the catalyst in Gojo becoming "The Strongest Modern Jujutsu Sorcerer" and also Geto becoming what we see later. Insane impact this guy had on the whole story.

Yes there is a difference in his eyes if you notice, before his death Gojo didn't have crystalline eyes, after his death and his fight with Toji his eyes changed to the ones we see nowadays, great hard work from the animators.

For clarity, Gojo isn't asking if they should kill all the cultists because he's going down some evil nihilist arc - he's hurting. He blames the cult for the murder of a girl he was supposed to protect, whom he became close with. it's a revenge/retribution angle, rather than him just devaluing human life. Thats why it worked when Geto reminded him that it wouldn't accomplish anything, and that the people responsible have already fled.

Geto stopped a massacre. Also you should take notice what Fushiguro Toji says to Geto when he is down.

They make us care for Geto in this short section of backstory, which tells you how good this anime really is. Even events that happened in the past, INVOLVING THE MAIN VILLIAN OF THE SERIES, has us feeling for him. JJK really is the best

Bro, I feel like almost everyone doesn't give enough credit to Geto LITERALLY saving the whole word. Gojo was already the strongest, but he finally unlocked his full potential and basically became a living God. But Geto basically said " bro, I kind fell what you can do, but let's not subjugate those fragiles creatures😅😅"

From that death, Gojo was able to control the reversal technique completely, because previously he often failed to do so😅

Geto actually uses that curse to fight Yuta in JJK0 and he uses Playful cloud (the weapon Maki used against Hanami)

I would like to explain one thing. Gojo at the moment of almost dying, focus his ALL solely on understanding of curse energy. That’s how he understood reverse curse technique. He didn’t just learn Reverse Curse Technique (called RCT). He Awakened his mind to complete understanding of Curse energy. The Toji Event is VERY VERY Important in the Jjk universe, If that event didn’t happen, a lot wouldn’t have happen. And Gojo would be strong… but not as strong as he’s Now. Also the Worm curse on the ground was asking for its "mom" because it’s not Any type of curse. it’s a Curse Womb; that’s why Geto couldn’t submit it by force; it’s an S Rank curse

The only reason Gojo won in the second fight is because Toji did not know about Hollwo Purpose or what it does. He was not prepared for something that erases whatever it touches! That's all. He considered Red and Blue and was confident to be able to deal with them effectively.

I know it's cliche to talk about a scene giving chills but when Gojo says "Suguru, should we kill these guys?" like it's nothing, it makes my spine tingle.

always sad the fact megumi thought his father named him megumi cuz the name could be used for both genders and him being abandoned led him to guess he was indesired by his father and that his father didn't care about him at all while the reason was it means megumi is his blessing the more we get toji's puzzle, the more we get how tragic this character is as well

That last scene was one of the most craziest what-if moments in the series. Gojo could’ve seriously went down a bad path and there wouldn’t have been anybody that could possiblystop him.

I love to see people who arent into the manga, watching the second season, just watched your reaction on Episode 0 (The Movie) and now came here, relly like your Channel and your Reactions, at the end ogf the movie rection you mentioned that you have many questions, so feels free to ask us these questions, we can probably answer most of them withou spoiling you for the future! :) One i can already answer is that Gojo acutally send Yuta to Miguel to train his techniques and get stronger after Gojo fought Miguel and knew how strong he is, also Yuta is SECOND only to Gojo in Strength and even ahead of Gojo in terms of his cursed energy amount due to Rika, it is stated that Yuta has "limitless" amounts of CE (Cursed Energy) BUT Gojo technically cant run out on CE cause he is barely using or wasting cursed energy due to his six eyes! Hope i could help, if you have more, just ask! :)

The way Toji was written, had little moments in the show but his character made the most impact on every that happens in the current timeline. Toji fought his instincts to fight Gojo because it was a matter of pride for him.

I noticed some people didnt understand why or what Toji reminded him of Megumi, he was talking about blessings, blessing in Japanese is "Megumi".

Geto most likely thought that he would be retrieving two corpses when he went to the Star Religious Group building. That's part of the reason he's so, so shocked to see Gojo alive and well. I'm pretty sure it's implied that Gojo went after Toji the second he was able to, meaning when Geto was healed and went to find Gojo, there was no body there to find. He was still under the impression Gojo was dead and the Star Religious Group had likely taken both him and Riko's body. (Others have already pointed out the change in Gojo's eyes, but notice how him and Geto are so close that he IMMEDIATELY noticed something was different. Something had changed.)

Just to clear it out, when he was bragging about how blessed geto and gojo were, megumi means blessing. That's when he remembered he named his son Megumi

Flexi your visceral reactions are the best. Genuine reacts I lovem. A lovely theme is Toji has expended quite the effort to calm and dull Gojos senses so he is not alert so he wanted in a sense a calm Gojo so he can end him. Ironically it is a calm enlightened Gojo that feels no rage and anger but only calm tranquility and elation that ends up being Toji's undoing(be careful what you wish for lol). Also another interesting gem is on their first meeting Toji appeared behind Gojo and Gojo was able to notice the so called hidden invisible man standing behind him. On their last meeting, Gojo is able to see the so called invisible man and appear in front of Toji without Toji noticing him standing in front of him. Ironically the same false sense of victory and security Toji instilled within Gojo which caused Gojo to let his guard down and be stabbed causing Gojo to fight in an agitated state against a cool calm collected Toji ended up being instilled within Toji which caused him to let his guard down and be seen. This then caused Toji's collectedness to be disturbed causing him to fight in a high alert agitated state against a high awareness but cool, calm, collected Gojo which led to Toji's demise. Ironic that the hidden invisible man who's forte is being hidden, obstructing vision(as he did with the fly heads) and obfuscating to render his opponents unaware prompted Gojo's ascent to a new higher level of "awareness"(enlightenment) as he learned the secrets of cursed energy.

Finally someone giving credit to the jjk team who did it with so much passion like you can feel it the cinematography, the choreography, osts , direction , animation and voice acting ❤️

Megumi means blessing and Toji loves megumi’s mom really much. He was once a better person when she was with him so megumi is like a blessing to him. But after megumi’s mom died Toji turned back into what he is in this arc (Anime will not go in details about this so I think it is ok to explain). Toji also had been tortured a lot from Zenin family when he was young. He has a really bad childhood that made him what he is.
