I'm glad Gojo finally got to answer the infamous question Geto asked him . Gojo ultimately proved he was the strongest in this battle. But ultimately Gege definitely ain't done with Sukuna. He definitely will win this war I'm guessing.. What's good is that the prior chapter already established both have different conditions for winning 💯. I'm liking that Gege is setting Yuta up for something big. His self doubt+ eagerness and actually observing a high caliber battle like this is essentially a buffet for him 😅. I'm excited for what comes post this fight even more👌🏿

I think since it was an impromptu purple, it’s potency isn’t as strong. If you’ve ever played an rpg, the Aoe alternate of your spell usually does slightly less damage (in this case, purple is always really an AOE ability, but the way it was used this time was more like a big make-shift bomb rather then a concentrated ray)
It would have been fatal cause it would destroy Mahoraga and leave Sukuna heavily damaged, also he can’t heal those wounds as fast as he needs to keep equal ground with Gojo so it would be his loss. That’s why he said that.(and that is exactly what happened)
Maybe we'll get a Sukuna flashback and once it's done he'll transform. I don't know how much curse energy he has left but I just really want to see what his Heian era form can do. Like what his curse tools can do and if the mouth on his stomach does anything. But I really don't want Kenjaku to show up and interrupt the fight.
Early celebrating makes it WAY too obvious that the tides will turn. I hope the twist is Gojo actually winning, instead of an overused "sike, you lose."

It's too early to celebrate yet. Sukuna's original condition to win against Gojo is to defeat him while conserving enough energy to face the others. So, as Hakari mentioned, he must still have some kind of ace up his sleeve.
This was an embarrassing one-sided fight. I'm ashamed to have expectations for Sukuna. I don't see any way around it: Gojo dominated, and even though Sukuna threw a few tricks at him, Gojo only got a little tired. It just shows that the King of Curses is no match for the Ceasar of Sorcerers.
Like what’s up with Gege and delivering Gojo fan service? Is it because he wants to kill Gojo but before doing so hype him up or something? Like legit it feels more like Sukuna was nerfed instead of Gojo being stronger. Remember in shibuya when Sukuna opened his Domain and erased a whole city because of tiny micro slashes? But suddenly now the slashes dont even penetrate Gojo at all. Why is he using water blood gun style when Gojo’s infinity was disabled by Mahoraga. Like nga use fire arrow or cleave/dismantle what do you think your water gun will do? He has 1 last chance, if he doesn’t cook soon and WITH HIS CT. He is the most fraudulent in anime history. If he somehow cooks Gojo with his CT than that means Gojo is superior to 10 shadows Sukuna but not Sukuna’s CT.

I think Sukuna was just holding his CT back and wanted to finish Gojo with someone’s CT. But now since he has no choice to use it maybe it’ll be different? Or maybe Sukuna is just that trash and that he can’t use his CT.

Mahoraga’s adaptation is lost when the wheel is destroyed, so any new Shikigami would need a huge buff to bear the burden of adaptation against gojo again since Sukuna is in a terrible state to fight now
the only problem remains is how they gonna save megumi because lately he feel hopeless and maybe disappointed in being saved and crying inside of his soul ( this kid been through a lot , lost his sister, get possess by sukuna before seeing his teacher/ father figure ( gojo ) back ) also what they gonna do with kenjaku ( i know gojo can easily kill him even sonner than how he beat sukuna but this antagonist is not gonna give up easily this brain literally inherited anything from previous victim's body also this time he even have geto's abilities, he also survived from youki and we saw how he can get far and protect himself)
Sukuna is still standing and possessing Megumi and has a damn smile after that attack. I think everyone's jumping the gun on who's won when it's not truly over yet.
problem with this is that he lost his main win condition which is mahoraga, if by any chance that yorozus gift or sukunas "true" CT somehow bypasses infinity then all of the chapters spent to flesh out the 10S would be for nothin, its gonna be hard for gege to justify the necessity of the "bath" and killing yorozu I do believe that gege is planning something to kill gojo but I'm 95% certain it would be kenjaku who does it or gojo himself enters a binding vow with sukuna or kenjaku to free megumi in exchange of himself
This is literally the first time that Sukuna hasnt had a massive tactical advantage over Gojo, Gojo has been fighting from the disadvantage the whole time and has done more,and taken less damage than Sukuna, now that they're on more equal footing (Sukuna still got an advantage due to him being in someone else's body) yall think Gojo gonna start losing?
I think that the translation might have explained the whole thing about amplification being the only recourse Sukuna has to even be able to bypass infinity, not that he cant use it anymore. Bevause i was so confused when that wouldve come into play when the leaks said it that way, but i guess we might have to wait to confirm that. I just really hope the fight is over so we can go back to the recent event resolution, since I feel more invested in that
Thats right! when I made the vid the TCB came out right when I finished so some of the translations were off a little when editing, but I doubt Sukuna could keep up with gojo in his condition even with Amplification

Sukuna still has his curse shifting black box move to be explained (Though it might have to do with rewriting one's brain like domain refreshing, so he might not be capable atm), Yorosu's gift, which could realistically be anything, and the "little extra to make up for the last finger" he could have received from the Shinbutsu mummy he consumed. While the last could be seen as just an amp to recreate the cursed energy lost to not having a finger, there is the possibility that Sukuna consumed it to gain it's effects like how Yuji was said to be capable of eventually harness Sukuna's cursed techniques to a capacity. Now that I think of it, Could the fire arrow be a cursed object creator's technique, consumed by Sukuna? The soul obtained from doing so could just be stuffed away in an innate domain, like Megumi, and forced into a binding contract, to allow him use of it's technique, without blowing up his brain due to overload, with that phrase activating the vow, much like his vow with Yuji allowing him control?
This was the greatest chapter of the fight, and possibly the most, expressive, I’ve ever been reading a JJK fight, this was perfectly paced, set-up and paid off GEGE cooked, GOJO cooked, GOJO WON!!!!
When Gojo is slightly weak, i feel gojover. When sukuna is ultra weak, it doesnt even apply. Tho he's definetely making a comeback. my theory is senzu bean/self revive.

"Yorozu's gift" I might be wrong but didn't Sukuna already use that gift when he created Agito? That Agito seems to be a result of the gift being utilized to merge a couple of the shikigami together due to the CT construction. The only time the ten shadow shikigami merge together is when one of them is destroyed in battle, this is not something that has been implied that can be used on a whim otherwise Megumi could have done it with the Shikigami he'd tamed up until that point in time.

I went back and looked for instances where Megumi merged two shikigami that are still alive and the first instance I found was when he expands his domain. So yeah I was wrong I suppose it can be done. For the Yorozu’s gift part well that could be anything really
since we know sukuna's fingers are indestructible, what if sukuna's original body is also indestructible & the only reason sukuna is taking damage is cause he is in a vessel. And if sukuna gets his original body that would make the fight like rock, paper, scissors. Gojo can't be killed since he has infinity and attacks don't reach him, whereas sukuna can't be killed since his body is indestructible. And the only way to kill sukuna is by killing his soul, hence in the beginning gojo said itadori needs to eat all 20 fingers aka complete soul and get executioned.
Sukuna obviously has more tech. If the win is real, we can assume they wouldn't have helped - *HOWEVER,* if "Gojo Wins" is bait... He's only used tech they already know he has: Ten Shadows, Domains, Dismantle/Cleave. Everything "new" he's shown is just an evolution of Ten Shadows. He would have to be trying very, very hard not to reveal his hand - that, or trying very hard to have fun with his brand new toy (Ten Shadows).
Plot twist: Gojo's purple wasn't able to hit mahoraga and sukuna managed to unsummon him because the panel only shows the wheel, not mahoraga's face getting erased
I feel like the most likely way this ends is that gojo dies, but not before somehow kicking sukuna out of megumi’s body. So sukuna will lose 10 shadows and probably be slightly nerfed, to the point that the rest of jujutsu high can take him. Gojo will die, maybe through some Kenjaku bullshit, but he will die having taken out the juggernaut that is meguna and having brought megumi back from the abyss
Likely, Gojo will die. Since if not, then there's no need for Itadori and the others to get stronger as Gojo's strength has been restored. They can just watch the movie and let Gojo kill both Kenjaku and Uraume, win the war, and then end of story for JJK. I think we can push to have this story, however, I believe that it will be categorised as quite less interesting for the majority.

@@rohanshah7559 I believe that when the cast talked about Megumi during the time Gojo mentioned he'd kill sukuna before four spins, it was a clear foreshadowing. It strongly implies that their plan all along was to bring Megumi back to life. This context alone convinces me that they had a well-thought-out strategy to retrieve Megumi's soul during the timeskip.
4 straight weeks of Gojo supremacy and a week's break to lap it in. Kusakabe said Gojo won, not the narrator. I'll say say Gojo is done in terms of the story so expect something tragic to happen to our Gojo in the next chapter.

I wouldn’t say Sukuna was/is holding back, but I due wonder the true reason for not utilizing his Heian Era form. Regardless of how much of a difference you think it would’ve made, you would think four arms in combat would’ve enhanced his offense and defense, plus I would think he’d feel more natural fighting in that form.
Something about the one finger is bothering me. Gojo may infact win here and Sukuna in a sense will "die", extinguishing most of his strength with the 19 fingers + corpse, breaking whatever binding vow he may still have with Kenjaku, allowing Gojo to use Sukuna for his own benefit. Maybe. I do wonder though, Ten Shadows whole secondary thing is totality.....so what if he tries to summon the White wolf mixed with Mahoraga? Agenda kaisen was probably the funniest thing to happen to this arc. I think it’s funny to think that sukuna being beat messes up the narrative like this fight hasn’t been hyped up since day 1
Something about this makes me feel like there could be a potential psych out on geges part. I don’t think it’s over for Sukuna, especially with whatever Yorozu gave him and uraume on stand by with a potential domain expansion (unconfirmed but possible). The fight was great but I don’t think this is the end for sukuna. Excited to see where next week takes us.
Uraume can’t hide from gojo’s eyes if they were around. Also, vs gojo and Sukuna any domain would be useless as they can speedblitz the user and finish them b4 casting their domain

•Theory Time I know the fact that sukuna can't use multiple CT at the same time when he's in megumi body, but we don't know if he can use multiple CT in his true form, yeah I know know he's in the bad shape rn but there's possible for sukuna to make binding vow such a let go of megumi "10 shadows" in exchange he gets heal and able to use DE, DA, CT, RCT, etc, first of all it's just my theory, if you don't like theory that's fine, it's about one arm represents one CT and the "part of the brain" thing should've be 4 also since he's no longer "human" in his true form meaning 1 arm can use DA and the other 3 can use CTs, it's just theory, doesn't have to happen but for fact it's not over yet

now that Sukuna is actually in a weakened state i could see Gojo leaving Sukuna to the heavyhitters (Maki,Hakari,Kashimo). Then Sukuna smiles and pulls an ancient Heian era cursed tool or Yorozus gift and it has some kind of poison ability, stabbing gojo. But the tool still wouldn't be able to bypass infinity unless yorozos gift can do it in some capacity. That boa Sukuna really IS in deep trouble, unless he has some crazy hidden binding vow technique or what ever his heian era transformation might be capable of I don't see him winning. I say Kashimo and not Yuta bc someone needs to fight Kenjaku and I don't think Yuji, Mei, etc would be enough.
I feel bad for Sukuna fans. It wasn't that competitive of a fight. Gojo had an answer for everything. After Domain Expansion failed, Sukuna was a fish on the cutting board. I think the one-sidedness of this fight was a bad writing decision. There was little payoff to the suspense at the end of chapters.
There was defenitly a paypff but I agree as of now Gojo is too strong. I mean sukuna + 10s should have been a harder battle for him. I just hope Gojo lost his DE forever cause Kenjaku can do shit otherwise.

My Favorite Character is kenjaku, but I think this is a big middle finger for the Sukuna fans out there. It seems gege nerfed sukuna hard, and would have done much more with his OWN Arsenal than with ten shadows. Also, His intelligence seems really nerfed. All this hyping up with for 200+ chapters the "King of curses" title + the trhilling 20 Finger reincarnation thematic just to create more hype, for this? Personally I Would have expected Superior Knowledge & tricks that clearly overpower gojo, Something that only Sukuna has, and that weakens or by Pass limitless, and destroys gojo. Also, when I saw certain parts that made sukuna look like an Idiot (like the part where he schooled gojo after he recahed his cursed healing Limit with blood out of his nose, but then tried to kill gojo with domain but it exploded because he reached his own Limit, like an idiot, and received even more blood Damage than gojo) I cringed hard.
Yeah, what would Megumi come back to? His sister has been killed, his sensei might probably die, his cursed techniques have been significantly weakened by the loss of the shikigami. He'd never probably be as great as Sukuna, he won't be of assistance to his friends in the battle...I really don't see what's the point of trying to save him, they should just focus on murdering Sukuna and going to Kenjaku
But I can’t help but feel like this is not the end, but a red-herring, sukuna still has two trump cards, ▪️, and that gift given to him by Yorozu, whose dialogue has been looming over the battle for some time, ‘the one who will teach you about love’ I don’t think this is the end of the fight.
Gojo will die and sukuna will live. Not because I am a fan of either, it’s because this is the only way to make the story interesting. If Gojo lives, Kenjaku’s plan will be ruined. Gege definitely doesn’t want that.
There are many other ways to make the story interesting. JJK is a dark triad manga, not a regular shounen. The story would actually probably be a lot more boring if it followed the same old trope of “bad guy killing mentor”
I wonder if there's a chance at the end of the fight that Kenjaku shows up and tries to finish off both of them? Something similar to what he did in the Yuji and Todo vs Mahito fight. Also, if someone understands it better, is there a chance that Kenjaku could ''theoretically'' absorb Sukuna?
Another thing is that if sukuna has some sort of trump card, then why didn’t he just use it to get rid of gojo at the start of the fight? Doing that would’ve saved mahoraga and all his other shikagami from getting destroyed.
He can't use 2 separate techniques at the same time. He will have to deactivate 10 shadows and use his trump card only for it to be blocked by infinity.
it makes sence. but get this, toji got gojo to a near death state like this in order to awaken. what if this is sukunas time and he will show up shortly as afurther awakened being, like how gojo showed up after toji left the body witht he organization. makes sence if you think about the toji outfit, i am just waiting for gojo's face to match toji when he sees sukuna is awakened.
