I respect that you said " Form and Transformations " instead of only saying transformation because Kaioken, Ultra Instinct and Super Saiyan God isn't transformations.

@@PityAnims That's wrong , Although yes , Super Saiyan God is indeed a transformation , your statements of Kaioken and Ultra Instinct Omen/Complete are wrong. Those two aren't transformations , they're techniques. Goku learnt Kaioken as a technique from King Kai , which he can stack on any transformation , even SSJG , because it's a technique. As for ultra instinct , It's a technique where you rely on your body and not your brain. All the others are simply transformations because they're race-given forms.
