they can't because their souls are in open space, it would take you to go to super shenron(the shenron that is as large as a couple universes,) in order to bring those saiyans back to life

you don't need to master any forms to achieve other forms. look at caulifla

@@socio637 she mastered it while fighting with Goku during the top …. and she had already been training with kale and cabbe whom are also both super saiyans leading up to the TOP. These saiyans are also capable of adapting faster than goku and the rest when they were in the cell saga and prior. Now for the most part I can agree you don’t have to necessarily master your form to achieve another one but you have to come damn close because your body has to be strong enough to sustain the new transformation. Also it doesn’t matter how you put it. There’s no way that a super saiyan 3 would be slightly strong than vegeta in the Android saga. You do have to have the power to sustain the transformation. That’s a known facts since the frieza saga

@@Blicky77 that’s never been stated in the show, though. Like yes they said that the ssj3 transformation puts a lot of strain on the body, but they never said that u needed to be of a certain level of power, nor did they state what that power would be. Vegeta never achieved ssj3, even back when he wanted it and was around gokus level in terms of base power level
