So amped they put that in. I love that bounce from the movie. This game is fan service to the max. If more companies, like cough Disney cough would just give fans what they love. They would make bank. RIP, Akira Toriyama.
As a huge dbz fan since I was a kid in the 90s (I’m 32) I’ve played all the games, seen all the anime and read the manga. I can’t wait until this game comes out I’m definitely preordering the deluxe edition!! I wish they would announce a release date.

one is 2d animated and the other is likely just modified physics, the hair in this game is really well done any little movement they make causes the hair to move and I like that
It’s actually wild how much this game loves DBS Broly. Goku loosening up in his intro, Goku having his SSGSS hair design and gi from the movie, Vegeta having his darker bodysuit, the reality shatter on beam clash, and straight up the fact that Broly was the fourth character revealed behind Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza.
Imagine how it would look if Sparking used smears? I hope they implement that. If they don't I'm not complaining but using smears will really take away from some jankiness and add a good sense of speed with limb movement.
I hope so too. I think they should implement smears andhand drawn impact frames if they dont have then already (I can't remember if they do) because 3d impact frame filters just don't look or feel as good.
@@iambadthebacon They do from the looks of it. But imagine if this Goku entrance, used smears when he slams his foot down like how he did in the movie. The movement is perfect already which is why it doesn't look bad without the smears but I think smears would enhance it and really make the movement pop more.
@@jsalmanimations106 that is very much true, smears would help the movement be way less stiff like it kinda is now. An easy way they could do this is incorporate either hand drawn smears over the model or just distort the model which will take much more time.

For those who dont know but Gokus Super punch cinematic is from Super dragonball Heroes the anime ep 13 when Goku fights Hearts, seems this game is pulling stuff from SDBH aswell
I always saw the Sicily sequence as the road not taken, a dream Michael always held on to. The road he originally wanted at the beginning of the film by being away from his family with the woman he loves. Until he receives the rude awakening that he can never truly escape this life… or at least he believes he can’t. So he minus well return home and go all in.

I know this is the gameplay of the dev pov bc they still working on the game , doesn’t anyone realize goku isn’t on the ground but jumping in air but I know he can fly but it looks weird
Basically confirms dbs broly will be apart of the story.. meaning super will be as well.. proving my point more that the story will most likely be Z from Super OR it'll just be Super but we get all the Z characters off the bat.
