@@patrickstar6458 Well, Piccolo was a little harsh when training Gohan but he grew attached to Gohan as time went on. He eventually literally sacrificed himself for Gohan against Nappa. I think at that point he became a father figure for Gohan and now he truly cared for Gohan. Gohan cared for him as well in response. Fast forward a bit, Goku trained with Gohan and is now forcing him to fight when he isn't willing to (with Goku literally throwing a fucking senzu bean to Cell, who has full intentions of killing his son.) Piccolo is sensible and can understand Gohan and who he is, unlike Goku. Piccolo knows Gohan isn't a fighter and demands of Goku to stop forcing him. Goku insists. Fast forward even more, Piccolo is helping in raising Gohan's child, Pan, in Dragon Ball Super. While Goku could not give any less shits and is training with Gods. Fact is, Piccolo is the better in parenting. He's always been there for Gohan and has spent way more time with him than Goku. Plus, he actually does actual parenting, not just fighting along side Gohan. Any time Goku has spent with Gohan, it's always been related to fighting, not anything else.

Not really. Goku was somewhat able to go toe to toe with Final Form Frieza. Whereas Piccolo got Man Handled by 3rd Form Frieza

You guys are absolutely right but i was talking about very small period when goku was in healing chamber and his level was 160,000 with max kiaoken measured by captain ginyu and jeice scouters.Piccolo surpassed him being over a million.Just giving little credit to piccolo😅

I agree, on namek before goku's time in the rejuvenation pod piccolo was stronger as well base goku prior to ok was 90k while piccolo after using with nail was ova a million. Vs androids goku was sick so piccolo should have been stronger he did train with goku for those 3 years. Idk why they used buupiccolo even still goku stated buy was weaker than him.
