I can't believe that nobody has uploaded Gokujou Parodius' Arcade version's soundtrack on RU-vid. I have finally rectified that mistake by bring this to you. Gokujou Parodius is the third in the Parodius series. The first is Parodius on the MSX, which many people don't know about. As a result, many people think that Gokujou Parodius is the second game in the Parodius series, which is not the case for the reason I just told you. Gokujou Parodius' original arcade soundtrack was composed and arranged by Prophet Fukami, Sitar Senoo and Muchimuchipurin Satoko.The game was also released on SNES/Super Famicom, Sega Saturn and Playstation (the latter two on the Gokujou Parodius Da! Deluxe Pack).

I don't think Konami gets enough credit for these arrangements! Most of them are brilliant throughout the entire Parodius series.

They didn't make the arrangements, they are all remixes of classic music. So yeah they are very good because those songs already were very good to have withstood the test of time and become classic.

Actually there already is a new parody series like Parodius, except it has lots of girls. This new series is called Otomedius. Otomedius' character design was done by Sgt. Frog author and illustrator Mine Yoshizaki.

Not quite. The song is from Sleeping Beauty, but the song used in this game is derived from Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty ballet, not the Disney film. You see, Tchaikovsky's version is slightly different than the one used in the animated film.

Nope, OST, none of these songs are arranged in any way from the arcade version, just redbook audio for the PS1, Saturn, and PSP (which are just the PS1 versions going by Gokujou's missing underwater wavy background animation).
