With the net profits they post annually, they can ensure that conflict minerals are a thing of the past. Au contraire, it appears that multinationals prefer countries embroiled in chaos because they can get the minerals "cheaper". Even the globally touted Kimberly Process has been a massive failure in recent times (in my opinion). To dream of a world where indegenes are not slaughtered for what is underneath the soil they cultivate should not be farfetched. (I continue to dream)❤️.

Once we were rich, now because Nkrumah wanted a united Africa we had to try and help others out (the Asante region is the second richest region in Ghana. The poorest region in the one north from us. Funnily enough, they used to be quite rich too). Should've given us our independence by your logic. It would've been better considering the industrial output of the Asante region
