Candy Apple Recipe (small recipe)
2 Cups of Sugar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
Add flavor at 250 degrees
Cook mixture to 300 degrees then remove
This is a half recipe for small dipping.
This will cover depending on the size of the apples:
Small Apples- 2 to 4
Medium Apples- 2 to 3
Large Apples- 1 to 2

FULL CANDY RECIPE
4 Cups Sugar
1 cup water
1 cup light corn syrup
This full recipe covers 1 dozen apples and depending on the size of your apples. This full recipe can be doubled.
Small apples- 20+
Medium apples- 12 to 16
Large apples- 10 to 12

I cleaned my apples just the way you showed us and let me tell you, my apples are phenomenal. I just made these gold one's for the 1st time and I'm in love. Thank you so much for the exact measurements of the gold sheen. I done a batch for a test run a few weeks ago, but I did not measure the gold sheen. I squirted the gold sheen until I got the desired color. I'm doing around 20 - 25 gold apples for my daughter's graduation celebration at the end of this month. The measurements is definitely a must when having to make more than one batch. Exact measurements will ensure the color is the same from one batch to another. And Yes, I also use your famous 4-1-1 recipe! Thanks again for always educating, and giving me life!!😘💯
