Gold City quartet has always been golden in my eyes (and ears), but the current perfection of harmony, range, and sincerity makes them one of the best, if not the best, in gospel ministry today. Long live Gold City!
This group is definitely making a name for itself, it's hard to get any better than they are right now. I pray that they can stay together for a long time so that we can be blessed by some new music, I can only imagine what they will be able to put together for their first CD together 😮
This 2 line up that you say, are really good, but for me, the number one is Jay/Jonathan/Mark/Tim, because they are more complete, vocal and interpretation. Jonathan's charisma and Jay's extraordinary voice... but Mark... Mark is a Master, the same one who was part of the best line up of Cathedrals. However, the current line up has everything to climb to the top one of all time... they are really good ! God bless you, guys !!
To me- Free, Parker, Lacey, Riley were the best until these 4 were out together by God Almighty...the name, experience, and integrity of these guys is Solid also! And being a Lifetime Gold City fan...I would love to see these guys be able to enjoy the ride! I decree and declare this lineup will never be bogged down with the burden of not enuf! I declare they will have more than enough to take care of their families, their health, their bus, equipment, etc.. until the trumpet blows!!!! I believe God's ministers whether in song or pulpit should be blessed! And may their spouses, children, grandchildren be taken care of at home- and never feel left out...and that a strong bond among their families would grow all for the glory of God!!!! In the mighty name of Jesus Christ and until that midnight cry!!! Amen!!! 💪🔥💯🎤❤️❤️🎶🎶
I always thought Gold City had the best bass singer with Tim Riley. It definitely does now. Jeff Chapman is my favorite. I got to open for them earlier this year. Got a picture with Jeff. Very nice gentleman.
This particular iteration of Gold City is awesome. Everyone has their own valid opinion but for me this group matches the best line up ever. Chris, Josh, Daniel, and Jeff have “it” (the Holy Spirit’s anointing and a genuine wholeness…they seem to like each other and want each other to succeed in the ministry of sharing the gospel through music).
The Tim Riley era was AMAZING live. That man was nuts. Jeff is my second all-time favorite bass though, so this lineup has made me fall in love with Gold City all over again. (I did like Aaron McCune though)
If Brian free can be our new speaker of the house🤩🤩....then why not Jeff as president OF THE USA 2024🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲....***BUILDING BASS BETTER!!!***🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 💪💪💪😂😁😁 😏😏😏
