Kyle... I watch you regularly. I am subscribed. I love your channel & content. This machine really did nothing for me. And I know you probably do not care about my opinion . I think this monster of a machine has it's place , but not in a missouri creek. It's too big. Too much trouble , for not enought pay off. I kept thinking "At least he got it for free".... which still would have hade it a real "PITA" . Simple seems better in that situation. I doubt it will be your go to option call me if ya like some help with it ginnme a shout and I'll head out from CT to check it out. Oh BTW 1, How long does your air supply last?
Hey nice video, Just to help you out, the punch plate screen was upside down, which means the riffles wont be working, and you will want to change the punch plate to expanded metal screen... And again enjoyed the video and looking forward to seeing the next one....
Dude build yourself a crevice blaster saves so much time breaking up clay pockets and helps get the Gold you might be missing, you need to find a richer spot mate if I didn't get that much in my test pan I wouldn't even unload my dredge 🤷♂️, but you'll make a dredger yet 👍
@@wrinkyscarnagecrew I just put a 2" piece of stainless tube in the pressure hose from the dredge pump with a 1" Y piece coming off it to a 3/4 fire hose and nozzle on the end, just make your fire hose a few feet longer than the dredge suction hose, then you have it all the time while you are dredging
Yeah you need to get rid of that miners moss get some matts in there less cons to go through as well as you can run as fast as you want with good matts and better recovery
I knew you had your shit together on the gold as i said earlier there is loads of gold in Missouri . If you look it up it is one of the major producers of gold and lead . Also i seen 2 heads get sucked up one you had in your hand. NEED A SCREEN AT THE END OF THE SLUICE ..... Dump it every once in a while and check it just not back in the creek lol!!!! Easy make with pvc and it would float. awesome vid bro.
He says, "it's so hot in this wet suit".... I thought, isn't the point of a wet suit to insulate?? Lmao I figured it was cold cause he was wearing one... guess not.. Love your videos, btw :) awesome work!!
It isn't clean till you use a pick and a pry bar to open up those that cracks in the Bedrock and then you can find your bigger gold you listen to me I've been Gold Mine ever since I was knee-high to a grasshopper so if you do that you'll see what I'm talking about in the gray play or any kind of clay is gold robin play and you need to get that in your in a pan and then take it and bake it and then it will loose release the gold and you'll find a lot of gold to in that but you don't want to run it through your dreads cuz it'll pick up your gold
Sweet I love to dredge also ,I have an old 3” dredge I’m in Indiana not much gold here but I have fun lol 😂 maybe You will let me come over and bring my 3” dredge and get some gold with you lol 😂
Watch the guys down in NZ. They use a hose to clean out the cracks. My question is how are those huge rocks on the sluice not causing turbulence and forcing the gold out of the sluice?
You need a pic in a pry bar seating open that Bedrock up so you can get the bigger nuggets you're just cleaning it for somebody else to get the goodies if you don't use a pick in a pry bar to break that Bedrock up
Me again , you are doing a great job , that large flat stone has two side . One of them had mud on the back of it . Hope you didn’t miss that big nugget .
Love to see you having a good time if you ever need a helping hand I'm only a hop skip jump and a swim away bro it would be a awsome learning experience and I love having fun looking for that there shiny as always can't wait until the next adventure my brother stay safe
Cool dredge looked like you had fun & was a beautiful day can’t ask for much more. Ok maybe for more gold lol lol. Not a bad haul nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Be safe & pan on.
Serious question! How do you know the artifacts you find always have a purpose? I'm thinking, as with today's society, maybe it was a kid practicing? Maybe said carver was lacking some skills? Lol I know, my brain goes too deep. But seriously, how does one tell for sure?
Nice work, It pays off. And we get to see your emotions and experiences. The hard work that you are doing and the cleaning of the creek and getting out both good and bad materials. EPA should be liking your videos how you're improving your environment. Ever think about getting a check from them. 🤣 I believe I'm not sure at one point I thought the GoPro went through and came out your dredger that was true or not it seemed like a funny experience.. and I do read the comments before I say much. It's raining here in Indiana today.2-28-2021. I know how you like suggestions on how to make more videos I was wondering what does it take to pack all that stuff up and how much stuff do you pack and how much planning goes into one day that you experience. I was rattling my brain yesterday just going on an adventure in the creek and couldn't even put my mind around some of the videos I've been watching and how people put videos together and make these videos a lot of time and effort and money. I know I might not even get a response but maybe you can make a video of what it takes to go through just one of those days whether you're Arrowhead hunting making videos or gold dredging or your gold hunting. So thank you for letting us go on your journey and enjoying your celebration of your videos of life. Thank you. 🙂🤔😃👍💍🤣😄💪 Keep up the good work. You have proven there is gold at the end of the rainbow. Last but not least all your videos are journey and we get to experience them as you experience it. Thank you thank you thank you.
Kyle, Do a clean out so we can see how sweet the honey hole was!! Don’t leave us in suspense!!!! My heart is about to stop. I keep thinking I see gold going up the hose AND IF I CAN SEE IT, IT HAS TO BE GOOD!!!! Pleaseeee!!
If I may suggest makeing nozzle smaller at end and rake with a small hand rake away bigger rocks. I'm only a follower don't own a dredge but would love one some day. Keep up the videos!
I'm new to your channel my name is Ivy I love the drive-in you wanting to find the gold. The only thing that drives me nuts is you don't clean your pans the best so it's hard to see what you get when you're trying to show us love your channel just giving you a little bit of advice.
Nice, get yourself a stiff bristled brush and a good pair of gloves. Hate to se ya with scarred up hands. Get to the bottom, dig out those rocks and have some fun. The more material that gets sucked up the better! Glad to see you progress to a dredge!
Nice gold. Damn, I was typing glacial gold just before you mentioned while driving lol. You need a hukka and get Jamie under water dredging. Goes to show gold is everywhere if you put time in to work and get it, very nice again. Sucks dredging isnt allowed here in Oregon anymore.
Not trying to be a smart alec or anything but would like to give you a couple of suggestions for you to try and see if it puts more gold in your pan. The first thing I would like to suggest is to drill small clearance holes between the very end of your suction nozzle just big enough to run a few small pieces of clothes hanger wire across to make a wire grate that helps to keep bigger rocks from being sucked into the nozzle. The other thing I'd like to suggest is sinking a black rectangle pan in front of your dredge and putting a big rock in it to weight it down. I know you're probably thinking that's a stupid idea due to the amount of weight that would be in the big pan, but I am just curious how much gold might actually be recoverable from that pan if you were to classify all those ejected rocks through your fancy 1/4" metal classifier. Just in case anything made it past the smaller riffles on the dredge mat. If you do try either of these ideas please make a video of it and let me know if it increased your gold recovery at all. And just so you know I am 54 years old and unable to do what you are due to health reasons. I was a maintenance technician for over twenty years and always thought one day this is something I would have liked to do but now I am unable. About the only thing left on me that works fairly well is my mind, so I like to try to make suggestions, to try to help others out there be more successful in what they are doing. No hater, or know it all just thought these ideas might make your recovery more successful. PS I would not put too many rock blockers in the end just a few and bend the outside ends over so the wire doesn't come out if they wear down you can always cut the hanger wire and add new ones easily and it will keep the huge rocks out of the suction tube. Let me know what you think.
Hell yeah man get that shinny nice to see it's working out for you when you making a trip. I wanna see you face after dredging a half ounce or more 😆 you earned my subscription on that one good job man
I swear dude on this video hear your luck is about like mine been trying to build me a small dredge still doing it all by hand but it's cool when the time comes in to be here good luck be safe
Yes, killer beard brother!! Awesome video!! Loved the underwater views!! Just imagine if you lived in a place that had more gold. You would kill it brother! I enjoy all of your adventures including arrow heads, fossils, agates, and of course gold! Stay well and be safe! Do you ever sell merch or is there a way to help support what you do, because I enjoy the same things!! I always enjoy seeing your doggies too. What do you do for a living sir?
@@Kylethiemann Ouch... yeah that would suck. With gold prices continuing to climb... you got the perfect vlog going for today. Keep it up and have fun.
