Tips to deal with GE: - You can block during restrain, force them to block break during it to reduce damage - As the stun ends in soul punch, for some reason you are immune to all stun, so if they are combining you, you can just escape and start your own one. - Trap snake on small obstacles like pavement rises - The top end of the tree where the GE stays has no reversal. So you can knock them out of the tree to prevent them from hiding and healing

For retrain combo I suggest using R-F-E. R is a true block break (retrain isnt a true stun, your opponent can block still) Even if they didnt block, you can still confirm the snake move since it's a half-true stun. You can switch e or f but i suggest doing F first and ket the snake do more damage.

after the F soul move, you can dash out of any attacks if you time it correctly. it's hard to explain but when you come back to your own body, you can dash and dodge any attacks even if the opponent is barraging you.

With old GE, if you had good ping, you can run up to the enemy after heavy punch and do the same combo and get them to half health. Sadly you no longer can't.

If you time using the T and land R once the T animation starts at the end you can use it as a combo extender. That is how I made a ge one shot combo with not using the F move

When you land a restrain you should probably use snake first since the enemy won't be able to react and snake will do a lot of damage

facts: Y to F on ge wont work since i've tested it and the windup of the soul punch makes the enemy can dodge it, try to use standoff R instead it blocks break and have a good windup to actually hit them and stun them for a good amount of time. the restrain move next, you can actually block and dash while being in the restrain move making it so you can block vines and dash (0.5 second s btw) the root stab also you can block snake kick so yeah, have fun countering GE is guess :shrug:

i have a combo that works, simple but eh, 2 of them btw 1. M1 - barrage - m1 - y - standless e - standless r 2. m1 - barrage - m1 - restrain - snake kick ( add root stab and vines if u want)

i really like that timed attack with the E buton they should add more moves like that

Its not really that much but after the soul punch it gives so much stun you can press r after soul punch and you can do the m1 and barrage etc

I've been using reworked GE for a little bit and the beatdown is still there, you have to be at low hp just like before. I'm not 100% sure but every time i've used g on low hp it's done the beatdown

Fun fact: root stab is a jujutsu kaisen reference to when the flower cursed spirit does that (I forget it's name)

Technically ge has 3 counters. The snake, frog and the tree. That makes ge one of the most cancerous stands. Also the moves are pretty good but some moves have a long cd than expected so that should be fixed.

Actually after the soul punch you can use strand off move then 3x click barrage 3x click t and that is basically all their hp gone

My combo on GE is 3x m1 + Y + E + 3x m1 + T + use every single stand off move that deals damage if possible.

The best part about it is that you can have the frog reflect the damage that the reflect dummy does to you so now u can hit the reflect dummy

UH OH! I found out you can combo after restrain if you time the Root stab!

Here's a combo for ge: 3x m1 + e + 3m1 + t + stand off e + stand off f + (wait for ge to do it's animation) stand off r + do whatever u want If you time it right the stand off r move will hit the enemy mid air and will stun them

the last GE had a problem with the summon tree it would freeze you in place making it impossible to move or do anything

In my opinion do the first combo and then use snake after you stun him with the f move after that do the rest if done correctly they should die after 10 m1

The combo am using is the soul punch and snake kick and just stun him so like 240 hp gone

Basically , ge 7 page muda will come back with ger update so no worries.

He forgot to say "if ur enemy atack the snake it will reflect damage" so yeah imagine if the snake its near and both start doing a barrage, its pain.
