Yoga is to be done with breath and movement. There should be no disturbance in breath when doing. Yoga is not about competing but it is for oneself. Unfortunately in the modern world we have to showcase as a talent or some gimmics to establish the thing People follow which ever is advertised. Good things like yoga also needed advertisements. Believe me. Soon there will be a law that will say only MBBS (NEET) certified people can teach yoga and others should not. They will say yoga is dangerous and risky. Believe me. Already hot yoga, beer yoga all nonsense are coming
