Thank you for the video! I'm fairly new playing, and just starting my first game in normal mode, drilled every hole the machine could. I got about 3800 ounces. It was very boring and took hours. I went from using a shovel, then directly buying a full Tier 3 rigging with many, many 20 ounce bars. I couldn't spend the money unless I just sold the ore with a 60percent loss, because I had only drilled the whole time. Your first way seems much better to start with enough gold to buy a small excavator and a couple of portable washers, etc. That would have been much more fun.
