@@SacramentoRealEstate Hi Mark.; I enjoy watching your RU-vid videos and Live Streams when I can. My wife, Bev, and I have lived in Eastwood Park in Cameron Park for exactly 5 years (since May 1, 2018). Like a lot of folks, we came from the Bay Area (East Bay) looking to move to El Dorado Hills but couldn't get a house we liked in our price range. Even back then, nice homes in El Dorado Hills sold quickly. After getting outbid on a home in in El Dorado Hills, we expanded our search to neigboring Cameron Park and bought our home here in Eastwood Park. You would be surprised, there are quite a few desirable neighborhoods in Cameron Park and neighboring Shingle Springs. These neighborhoods are realatively small (pocket subdivisions) and usually hidden. We even have a residential fly-in community at Cameron Air Park for aviation enthusiasts. You and Aaron may want to come out to Cameron Park / Shingle Springs and check it out again. Some of your buyers who want to buy in El Dorado Hills may consider Cameron Park / Shingle Springs if they only knew what was here. Most Bay Area people looking to move to the Sacaramento Area simply don't know the area that well. That's why your RU-vid videos are so informative! Tell Aaron that he should also check out Rescue for properties with acreage. There are some amazing homes in Rescue with plenty of land that even Aaron's wife would love!
