I have moved materials in my carrier for this CG and they have counted to the CG , no problem, as long as they were originally mined, and not sold/bought on/off the carrier
You mean mined then transferred without being put into the market? Transfer never works for me for some reason - I always have to put stuff into the market.
Good thing I didn't postpone watching "Hello Dave" again, as I'm still not done with BG3. Looks like it's time to take a break, fire up ED again this evening and sell my emergency tritium reserves. 🙂

Not true re the mined materials. I used a small stock of praseodymium and painite that I already had on my carrier (from some mining a couple of months ago) and it counted towards the community goal contribution. Maybe just a quirk of fate for me, or maybe FDEV made a change after I did it? I also bought and sold some tritium just to take advantage of the high price, which I got but as expected that didn't count towards the goal.
Same here. I think if you sell the stuff to yourself instead of a simple transfer, then it loses the 'mined' tag. That part could be new. Or maybe not. Either way.. Fc owners can fill up and then take mass amounts to the cg drop.. just as it should be.
I confirm that. I used my fleet carrier as a transporter, as I mined some minerals ~500ly from the bubble. And they counted towards the CG. I hope they don't "fix"/"adjust" it on Wednesday.
Elite is still a beautiful game, it's a meditation for me to be scanning plants while a video is playing. But for sure, there's nothing new to that. I might take a look at some of the new Thargoid stuff but so far this year I've spent all my game time finding carrier upkeep.
