Everyone said it, Ole has no excuses this season. He will either rise up or be exposed, and he is being exposed. He's a legend, and even his time as a manager I'll remember with grace. People seem to forget what a shambles he inherited, and he's rebuilt us to the point where we should now be challenging for titles. From this point on it's beyond his capabilities. His journey should end here, he's done that. There's no way he's a manager capable of challenging Pep, Klopp and Tuchel for titles.

Ole done a good job building this team, he got us top 4, brought in great players and we actually have a team that can compete if the right coaching is in place. I mean come on, ronaldo, pogba, bruno, greenwood, sancho varane, luke shaw,de gea, van de beek etc. So i give ole credit for building a good squad but that's it. His managing is awful. He is a midtable manager at best, what has he done to deserve to be manager at a club of this stature. He got cadiff relegated and managed some shitty club in norway. Apart from that what has he done to get a big job like this. It's time to go. Ole has reached his ceiling and has took us as far as he can. Now it's time to bring in a manager that has the CV and can actually win trophies and take us to that next step. An actual tactician like a erik ten hag, conte, zidane etc. There are plenty of great managers out the that would come to united if they look at that squad we have.

Besides being clueless, he is massively passive. Look at his body language during the match. Does he want the win so badly. If so why is he not shouting or encouraging his players? He sat at the bench with his coaches for 85 mins and then only stood up folding his arms like a statue waiting for the game to finish so that he can go home. Compare that to tuchel, pep or kloop who stood up all the time talking or shouting at their players.

I think the team is slowly throwing Ole under the bus like they did with ex managers. Theyve given up. De Gea, Shaw, Varanne, Maguire, Wan Bissaka, Sancho, Pogba, Bruno, Rashford, Ronaldo, Canavi, i say go back to a 442. Its clear United will play better as a 442. or play as a 3142 and Put in VDB sitting behind the midfield and above the defence. He can do it. But Ole just wont change it.

Been Ole out since 2019. Seen us get outplayed by just about every team. Bruno saved him for a bit and we were getting a pen every game. Now that’s dried up he’s been found out. Wolves and Southampton should have beaten us aswell

We've not been getting outplayed by every team otherwise we wouldn't finish 3rd or 2nd and make multiple semifinals as well as a final. A draw was the right result against Southampton although I think the Saints should have beaten us in 19/20 and I think a draw would have been fair against Wolves.

Look mate I'm 54 and doing post-grad courses, so that is codswallop, it's about your attitude first, and with gumption and practice, your ability "innate" will shine through. Ole could be a great manager...yes? But, he seems STUCK with a limited number of variables, [McTom+Fred+????] and he's not eager to tap into new ideas, so we are gonna get rolled, because I think he is "maxed out" and sadly "stubborn" or set in his ways. whilst other clubs are movin and groovin (even Brentford look better!!!).

4-2-3-1 with essentially six at the back just invites pressure, and leaves the front short of numbers for rotations and patterns of play to get around teams. United just threw it down the channels, hoping something was going to come from a cross - and even lesser teams don't play like that anymore. The modern game now is 3-4-3, 4-3-3 or 3-5-2 with full backs being used as extra midfielders or false nines dropping to win midfield battles. Back to front, down the channels is for Sundays down the park.
