I would like to know please, who determines who goes home with the first cut? Are these Gerry's picks? Or do the producers pick of who stays with that first cut and who leaves? A few of these women that went home at first cut, to me appeared to be more attractive and more down to Earth than the ones kept. Which doesn't seem logical to me. I have never watched this dating series program before. But because my age is just a few years younger than this bachelor, I felt intriqued to watch. There definitely have been some underlying seething of some of the remaining women noted. SMH. 🙄 Edith was the most stunning and poised to me when she arrived. Even her dress matched the logo of "Golden". I assumed right away that she was going to possibly win. That the gown possibly was picked for her. She also exudes much more class than some of whom remain. I cannot imagine a first meeting or date acting out as such of what some of these women did. I would rather save that behavior for farther down the road, once we better know each other. Which brings me to question, what really is the point here? To entertain throngs? Or to really play cupid to help people for finding something solid, strong and lasting? I was rather intrigued when l found out about this new show about my generation trying to find love again. And I came by somewhat late, to this national party. Last week l thought it might be fun to apply as a contestent sometime for next year probable show. This week I am not so sure. Because l am still trying to figure out what everybody's role is. Presently my gut says, it's just a game show. I hope l am wrong about that too.
