I do calisthenics myself and form is pretty much everything. As a trainer we preached form/ technique instead of strength. It makes performing a movement efficient, which will increase you the amount of power produced, and minimize chances of injury.
I'm literally a low elo tft player so my opinion doesnt matter but I feel like I would've went remover over 5 gold so that I could spread components for bulk value.

Late game doesn't matter main carry main tank has full item already so spread is easy, if you mean early game he literally had 8 winstreak what bulk value do you need. The less money you have the more value the gold is, that 5 gold help him get to 1 econ, and then 2 then 3,... the value is way more than spreading for daddy
