I don't know what it is about Arnolds voice but its damn motivating when he speaks. Bodybuilding has forever been changed because of this single individual, he made it into what it is today. One of the best genetically blessed people to walk this earth, and who can forget how perfect of a poser he was.
Creo yo es y ha sido el fisicolturista mas estético que ha habido, hoy en dia parecen bufalos, con tremenda panza y anormales, demasiado consumo de esteroides, Arnold es otro nivel, leyenda cabra 🐐.
Look, they all did the same thing almost all top body builders do, they geared up. Many of them had the honesty to admit it later, some never will, but they pretty much all were and are gear heads, its how you compete in these areas, gear up, and know how to gear down for testing.
He was a great bodybuilder, but also, he was born at the right time! - the sport was relatively new, and more importantly television was not long invented, and broadcasting was becoming better, Arnold was kinda at the start of bodybuilding, I know there was a generation before him, Steve reeves, but at Arnold's time the tv was becoming better, he kinda got in there first, also the people, the mainstream hadn't ever seen anything like these bodybuilding guys before, so there was a market there, like I say, Arnold was kinda first, to get mainstream televised, this helped massively. . . . If Arnold was born two or three generations later, bodybuilding wasn't as big, people had now seen it, and saw how far the body could be pushed, muscle wise.... He wouldn't be noticed. With Arnold it's a case of, being born at the right time.
Most bodybuilders only think about themselves and how they look. Don't get too involved with yourself. Arnold did very little for people. There are bodybuilders , of course, who really do help others.
Arnold was an Austrian and American action superstar, businessman, filmmaker, retired professional bodybuilder, and politician who served as the 38th governor of California between 2003 and 2011. Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2004 and 2007. He also created his own show (Arnold Classic) so bodybuilders have more competitions to compete in and another chance to earn some money. He is still making movies in his 70's for our own entertainment. I could go on and on, so how could you say he has done "very little for people"?
@@ProfessionalRU-vidHater I admire Arnold for not being afraid of success, however, He needed steroids which is cheating as many bodybuilders and athletes do. He was also a terrible governor for us. I cannot condemn him for doing that and I know he broke his ass just as Ronny did. It was the path they chose. But, i believe, steroids and chems are bad for our country. No Doubt, he is a very influential person and admirable in some ways. That is my opinion.
@TheSergio944 I don't think it's right to say he "cheated" in bodybuilding. Using steroids during that time for serious bodybuilders was the norm and everyone did it. It wasn't heavily regulated. Literally every competing pros were using it. Now since there is more research on side effects and other things, it's more regulated.. and using it now is looked down upon.
@@SloRey All those bodybuilders cheated not just Arny. Now, you can't win a contest without cheating. They will continue to do it with the gladiator attitude "Sure, I will probably die from the chems but I will go out as a Nova (star)
Lifting weights 💪 training your muscles , good but how much money does lifting weights pay per hour? Has a full lot of trees to saw and chop in the sun all day to be sold as firewood over the winter.. unfortunately my physique turned similar during the summer, chopping firewood and lifting stacks of it , pays money and excercises muscles, you can get just as good of a suntan chopping firewood with a standard axe , wood splitter and sledgehammer, working out is work. "Natural or steroids?" Is not a good question. Arnold trained hard and long, 4-5 hours a day, 6 days a week,. He took minimal steroids, sufficient to add finish to his development, in preparation for contests. During the off season, he took nothing. Many bodybuilders take more, some take a lot more. For example, Mike Mentzer trained on just 2 or 3 days per week, for a total of 2.5-3 hours per week. Sadly, Mentzer died of organ failure aged 49. Too many die in their 20's or 30's. Arnold is 75 and still training!
