LOVE THIS SHOW, WATCH RE=RUNS EVERYDAY... I have seen every episode... in order that I like, Sophia *to the point* like my nanny was, Dorothy *wise* Blanche *style , loved her clothes, and rose *her kindness

I think Bea was trying to display frustration with Rose by attempting to bite her tongue/lip. If you noticed, her immediate line is "Rose, play or die!" which suggests that she was becoming irate and had wanted to say something far worse.
