I can't count the number of requests I've had to cover this song in the 4 months since it dropped. I shared a teaser of the introduction and was bombarded with messages asking me to make a full cover.
This arrangement was such a fun one to work on and I really hope that you (and JVKE if he ever sees it!) think I've done it justice!

So, so pretty - I really love this entire arrangement, especially the glissando at 1:03 and the rising broken chords that follow, punctuated by chords. You really capture the intensity (but also beauty) of the original well! I also like how much you emphasize the AMaj->amin switch on the "it's your golden hour" line, it's so satisfying to hear that descending line! Well done!

Thank you for taking so much time to listen to my videos and leave comments. I try to reply to as many as I can and really appreciate it 🥰 My harp looks very similar to the L&H 23 but is actually an Aoyama Monarch. I'm glad that you you feel the richness of sound comes across - I've been on a big journey learning how to record and this video was done with a very inexpensive basic USB microphone! I bought the harp second hand from a child who didn't play it much so have spent the last few years nurturing its sound. I think it's pretty much there now - it's opened up so much since I first bought it!
