So cute! I had to teach my dog to go up and down open stairs to access my condo. I began teaching him how to go up and he caught onto that within a week. I worked with him going down by starting at the bottom quarter and working my way back up until he could do the whole staircase. It took a few more days for that but he had mastered the stairs within about two weeks. He amazed my mom when she came to meet him for the first time when he was about 11 weeks old. She was stunned he could go up and down without being carried. LOL!

❤ watching those 2 together, I have a golden about to turn 5 Y.O. on December 31st & a Rottweiler about to turn 3 Y.O. January 7th & when I brought my Rottweiler home my Golden protected him & showed him the ropes like up & down stairs outside for potty etc... Golden retrievers are just the best & kindest souls there are. Doris keep up the videos they definitely put a smile on my face.

Very cute but Sterls is my favorite. I was told that it is not good for puppies to go up or down stairs til there at least 6 or 8 months because it can affect their growth plates. Don’t know if it true but you might want to ask the veterinarian.
