Golden Retriever Meets His New Puppy Sister 

Kobe was so gentle when he first met Moki! It took him a good few months to get used to her, but they're now getting along like 2 peas in a pod. People said a Doberman and a Golden Retriever would never work together, but these 2 are proving them wrong!

So nice to see Dobermans the way they were meant to be, with undocked tails and uncropped ears. Hats off to our British friends for doing it right, and congratulations on the new addition to your family. My family had a Doberman and a Lab when I was growing up, and they were inseparable.

I had a Doberman for 15 years when my sons were 3 and 5 they grew up together, he was the sweetest most amazing dog ever and super protective of my sons.

Thank you to this lovely couple who loved their pets equally!

That Mama Doberman, while being surrounded by all her puppies, seemed like such a sweet and gentle soul. Curious, was that a Dachshund? It looked like the color of a Weimaraner? I've never seen that color of Dachshund? Somebody help me out here. Beautiful color and coat on that dog.

The bond between humans and dogs is no joke. These creatures are friends and members of our families. Humans love dogs, dogs love humans, both species are better off with the other... it's not that humans and dogs can live together, it's that apparently we should live together. As for Goldens... as this video shows, they are just about the last breed you have to worry about around small children, puppies, kittens, bunnies.... their nature is just about as gentle as a dog's can be.... which is lot more gentle than the average human. Every Golden I've known was more than a good dog, they were a good person. Not slighting the Dobie... I just have more experience with Goldens and Kobe is acting.... precisely as I expected. Whether human or dog, Goldens take the job of 'buddy' VERY seriously. If a couple brings an infant home to an average Golden, that kid is actually safer with the dog around. Here is a prediction, in future videos we will hear about how Kobe is actually helping to train Moki. I've seen Goldens participate, seriously try to help, train puppies. One I had housebroke our new puppy. We didn't. The Golden Retriever did. He'd bark at her when she did it inside, and try to get her to the door when she had to go, let US know she had to go outside... our Golden seriously housetrained our puppy, we just assisted him, mostly by opening the door when he told us to. Goldens are smart, but this one, Rowdy, was smarter than most. He could follow complex directions in sequence... and was my best friend from when I was 9 until his passing. And not the only smarter than average Golden I've had, my last golden, Loki, was also freaky smart, and also absolutely my best friend until his passing. These dogs were family. I am still healing from losing Loki, we had a good 15+ year run (he almost made it to 16, but, cancer). But my next dog will be a Golden. Not going to mess with a formula I know from decades of experience works great for me.

Is the puppy potty trained yet? If not make sure to get lotsssssss of pee pads😂 when my puppy (she’s 2 now) was learning, it was super hard but eventually she got it, the only thing that was at the end of her potty training journey was peeing when she was excited, which is gone now as well 😂 puppies are so cute❤

I think my oldest dog ignored our youngest dog for like 4 or 5 days after she came home (she was only maybe 4 or 5 weeks, too soon to be away)…. She got used t9 her, but has never loved her as much as Dixie (the baby) loves her!
