Having a guy like porter jr as a 3 and D role player is an insane luxury that isn't talked about enough. I remember when he was predicted to get drafted #1 overall. But just like gordon, they have both accepted their lesser roles alongside the unstoppable duo of jokic and murray, and everyone wins

These losses are now more acceptable as compared to having Green in the unit and can be used as learning tapes to improve defense...too many 2nd chance points for Denver...Podz and TJD continuing to show all star potential while in their rookie seasons...what a catch!!!

Gotta admit, MPJ really gave us a solid effort on D. Even though he's shooting was bad, as usual, if he continues to improve, defensively, this team would be a much bigger threat than it already is.

I hate it when a thrilling game down the final stretch will just be all a trip to the foul line. I mean damn, it's really not enjoyable to watch a basketball game. But hey, Basketball is a strategic sport, it's not just about physicality and competitiveness.

As an European I watch the Euroleague instead of NBA because the games in the NBA start from 3am to 5am from where I’m from. So now when this game was at the evening I got to see some live NBA basketball instead of watching the highlights and.. damn, I was kinda disappointed. Firstly, the breaks man. Like there would be a play for 5 seconds and then cut: foul or ball going out of bounds or something, and then a commercial break. Then when the game continued for a little over 10 seconds, bang, another foul, free throws, the ball barely got over half court before another timeout and a commercial break. The defense was non-existent. Felt like every play ended up as free throws because the refs whistled everything as a foul. Also I noticed that the NBA has a lot less of actual TEAMplay than Euroleague. Everyone wants to make a sick play instead of frequent and clever passing to secure easy points. I don’t know if I was just agitated before the game even started but damn. Watching NBA kinda sucked tbh

Great game, unfortunately for us dubs fans Curry just isn't himself on christmas. Also, 18 fta for Jokic is ridiculous. Props to Murray for cooking all night long

Legendary Christmas game

With Jokic and Porter on the floor it seems as if they are unstoppable BUT this game showed some possible answers. The key is to overload MPJ, let him decide between playing the corner or helping Jokic. This is done by having Looney and TJD both on the floor. Looney keeps Jokic honest and TJD is the ultimate lob threat. If Jokic is up then curry/cp3/pod drive or a pnr with kickout options in klay/wiggins/moody with TJD as the lob threat. With Jokic the paint is soft and susceptible to lobs, they need MPJ for that protection, so if he helps on the drive/lobs then kickout otherwise proceed with lobs. You cant really stop Jokic on offense, so just stop Gordon backcuts (somehow) and keep Jokic honest. So basically a shootout in which I would take Curry/Warriors over anyother in a 7 game series

Bad shooting night for Steph and Clay, short-handed (no Dray and GP2) on an away game. There will be good lesson learnt for the young chaps and the team is so deep you don't feel that impact of missing some key players. Can't wait to see this Warrior team in the playoff!

Now that the referees manipulate the game, this ridiculous game comes out For the third and fourth quarters, only Denver kept calling and throwing free throws. Wiggins has delivered in this pressured game. There's a reason why he was the second biggest factor in 2022 championship playoff. He can deliver in pressured situation. On there other hands, klay failed again in pressured situation. He padded his stats against weaker competitions. He wants another max contract and he will be goner next season,

Also, Warriors had a back to back and then just over a day and a half in between games. It's too much, makes sense vets didn't have it today. Couple hours later probably totally different story!
