For golden troupe, EM sands should be used especially since you're not gonna be on-field and take advantage of Nahida's burst. Her EM in this testing was way too low at 77 and no other EM buffs. Meanwhile, you have Sara for the attack buff (which yields diminishing returns in terms of aggravate). This really works against her and messes with the damage test since aggravate heavily relies on EM and the first 1-400 EM is super beneficial and gaining more is not as good as the prev said range. Evidence of this would be the raw non-reaction damage of Gilded being lower compared to Golden troupe. The gilded dreams reaction damage is only higher since Yae has around 500-600EM at that point compared to the 77EM golden troupe one. In this video, not only did Yae benefit from gilded dreams buff, but also from Nahida's since she was on-field during testing (which is weird because Yae is usually off-field). While the golden troupe one, she is not getting any EM buff whatsoever since Nahida's burst doesn't affect off-field units. Would appreciate an updated damage testing where Yae Miko is off-field and you change the golden troupe sands to EM.
Just did a quick damage test. Golden troupe has Gilded dreams beaten in elemental skill damage (off-field), having its non-reaction damage higher by 2K and reaction damage by 2K as well. The beauty of using golden troupe is not worrying about losing the buff compared to gilded dreams since Yae is off-field most of the time. Its also not a burst reliant way of playing which is super beneficial since her burst cost is astronomical.
Meow another great vid Kuys Earl! The DMG Test Result says it all especially how great Quicken/ Aggravate team comp for Yae. Also, thinking about it how Gilded Dreams favor more team composition like, a special HyperBloom team with Furina, Nahida & Baizhu hehe I dont have Furina yet but surely will be pulling for her soon in her rerun.
