Alan, thanks. Of course, I agree 1000% and if I didn't know better, you're tipping your hand a little. ;-) I've certainly enjoyed your 3D printing progress and your channel is one of my favorites. I'll be posting a bunch of add-ons and accessories for this. (i.e. dredge header and a nifty little drop in fluid trap for the upper deck) Happy Prospecting (and printing)!
Looks interesting. You might want to use a screen to classify the material down to 4 mesh at least for that size a highbanker before running it, and make sure the highbanker itself is dead level side to side... although that could be an artefact of the camera itself not being level.
Clint, thanks for the advice. I do have several classification screens for the upper deck of the highbanker. They range from 1/8" to 1/2" depending on the material I am running. The just pop in and out of the hinge pins. I am also experimenting with new mat designs. I doget good exchange within the riffles but I am always looking to improve. I also level the highbanker and check it periodically but I am sure there are times I either bump it or it settles a little if the ground is too soft. Thanks again.
