Sorry everyone a day late due to business in the shop and a overseas trip that starts today !
But we got another golf 2 Rallye episode out.
With some new stuff i did, building my first ever Aluminium Radiator !

Great fabrication video as always, love the work you do. I have a suggestion for the radiator maybe to improve the efficiency by adding dividers in the end tanks so the coolant travels in an S pattern. It might help keep the temperature down better. Just my 2 cents but keep up the good work.

This is a really nice Cooler.🥰 I just hope there is enough space for the other Coolers and the Fans 🥴. Do you also put the window water tank in the Enginebay? The tank from the Golf MK4 fits the Golf MK2 quite well and doesn't look too old for the project. I hope you have a nice holiday. Mfg OCWX

Try to look at a intercooler from a VW T4 Caravelle, with a AHY engine. They have a good all around fitting, a take standard 0,8 bar, but they can easy take 1,5. Isn’t that what a RS3 rounds.
