Golf cart CLUTCH REPLACEMENT (Driven/secondary clutch) 

Good story. That kind of thing gets aggravating. I’ve got an 88 mule and cannot get the driven pulley apart. Got it off, actually got cap off but cannot get it to slide/move. Maybe time for torches.

Ok, mine is doing the same thing. I'm going to rebuild it first. I found some info on how to convert them to a high torque clutch. Going to try that.

That belt looks like it fits perfectly I'm having trouble finding the exact belt I have a 91 EZGO two-cycle and there's like two different ones and I'm not sure which and I don't want to buy both can you get back with me and give me the belt size you have please

Mine doesn’t have any treaded inside I bought a bolt because I noticed I was missing one in my 1991 ez go txt but when I tried to put the bolt in it was flat no hole to tread the bolt in?

on an 06 (same clutch) an air hammer with a lisle tools pickle fork kit worked for me. it was stuck.

Hello there. I lost my driven clutch bolt... wondering if you can recall the size of bolt? I have an old melex also. Is it 10mm. 1/4 x 20 thread? Or 5/16” maybe? I’m gonna look through my bucket of screws and see if I can find a 5” bolt. Thanks- your video is appreciated

Wen removing the back rear pulley is there an bolts holding da pulley in need to remove or da pulley jus slip out lmk ty im from hawaii 🤙

How did you know the driven clutch was bad. Did you relace the drive clutch as well.

4 minutes of my life lost. I never get it back. I learned nothing about cart clutches.
