That's nice of him. What is the resolution for the bucket strip defect? Are they making you a new one?

@@misstraveler8547 I was able to have local shoe and leather repair place fix it for me. Sending it all the way back to England just for the buckle would have been too expensive.

Hi! Thank you for the video. What are your thoughts about the wear and tear of this suitcase? It's a white color that I worry might dirty easily. Do you still recommend it? I kinda wish there was a luggage version with wheels.

Hi, love your globetrotter suitcase. I live in the UK so I was able to visit the Flagship store to for over a 1 year plus before I decided to treat myself to one which was a limited edition 21" carry on. Got 10% off as there was a slight imperfection on it. At the airport it gets more stares and complements than I do. Did you manage to sort out the buckle issue?

How’s the weight of it, feel? Is it heavy?

The fibreboard is very light. If you put a big laptop or something in it, it's gonna feel heavy because you're bearing the weight in your hand. But I've traveled across Europe for a few months. Only times it bothers me is when I have my latop in it and I'm doing a lot of walking

@@ronynninjastar2414 its made from vulcanized fibreboard and globe trotter will repair damages if they occur. So it seems like a long lasting piece of luggage to me.
